Working as a community organizer can mean a 70-80+ hour week, with payment (if one is lucky enough to receive any) only accounting for half that.  While it may seem like a drawback, I love to do what I do and make a difference in peoples’ lives.  With extra funding though, there are a few things I would like to invest in to enhance my ability to serve as an organizer.  Such donations would go toward transportation costs, website management, video equipment and an Apple computer with Final Cut Pro for video editing.

This summer I will be embarking on a cross-country road trip with a few friends to see and experience the United States.  I will be sharing this journey on my blog with readers like you.  Donations (funding, hosting us, etc) to help support this effort are greatly appreciated!
